The Best Creamy Cauliflower, Broccoli & Potato soup

This is a seriously good soup, that's easy to make, on the table in 20 minutes and the whole family will love it. My kids always come back for a second helping! It's loaded with in-season veggies, that your kids won't even notice.

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cauliflower head, chopped
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 broccoli head, chopped
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • Generous handful of fresh thyme and oregano
  • 1.5 tsp celery salt 
  • Generous grind of pepper & garlic powder
  • 2.5 cups beef bone broth
  • 2 cups milk

Instant Pot: Add everything into instant pot 15 mins high.
Stovetop: Add everything into pot and cook on stove until veggies are soft.

Once done, add 1 heaped tsp mustard & 1 cup cheese

Blend with stick blender

Serve with a dollop of cream, sprig of dill and mandatory: fresh sourdough French loaf (we love using our fresh trusty bread)
