Returns & Refunds Policy
We are a small home-based bakery and flour milling business. Every order is made fresh, milled, or baked specifically for you, which means we cannot accept returns or provide refunds. However, we always want our customers to be satisfied with their experience. Where possible, we will offer a store credit in line with the policies below.
Please read carefully before placing your order.
🌾 Freshly Milled Flour
All flour is milled to order on set milling days. Once milled, it cannot be resold or reused, so all sales are final.
Please ensure you are confident in your order size and type of flour before purchasing.
We do not provide refunds, but in limited cases a store credit may be offered if you contact us 2 days prior to your collection day.
We cannot offer credits or refunds once your flour has already been milled.
🍞 Sourdough Products (Starters, Mixes & Guides)
Our sourdough starters, dehydrated cultures, pre-mixes, and guides are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
If you are new to sourdough, we recommend adding our Starter Pack to help you begin successfully.
Should your starter fail to activate after following our instructions, please contact us — we’re happy to provide troubleshooting support
🎂 Fresh Bakes (Cakes & Cookies)
All cakes and bakes are custom-made to order, therefore sales are final and refunds are not available.
We kindly ask that you only place your order when you are 100% sure of the flavour, size, design, and collection date.
A credit or date change may be offered if requested at least 4 days before your collection date.
No credits or changes are possible within 4 days of collection, as ingredients will have already been purchased and preparation may have begun.
Flavour or decoration preferences must be communicated clearly at the time of ordering. By ordering, you trust our style, experience, and use of wholefood ingredients.
We are not responsible for damage to cakes or bakes after they have left our premises. Please follow our care and transport instructions carefully.
Allergy & Dietary Disclaimer
All of our products are made with wholefood ingredients and may contain wheat, dairy, eggs, and nuts. We are not a vegan bakery. While every effort is made to prevent cross-contact, we cannot guarantee our products are free from allergens.
We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions caused by consuming our products.
Shipping Policy
We want your order to arrive as fresh as possible. Please read our shipping details carefully before placing your order.
📦 Carrier
All orders are shipped with Australia Post Express to ensure the fastest possible delivery. We do not currently offer standard shipping or international shipping.
✨ By offering express shipping only, we’re committed to getting your freshly milled flour and sourdough products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
🚚 Dispatch Days
Orders are milled and packed fresh, then dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays only.
This ensures your order spends the least amount of time in transit and doesn’t risk sitting in a postal facility over the weekend.
Orders placed after Tuesday will be dispatched the following Monday.
⏱ Delivery Times
Express Post: Typically arrives within 1–3 business days depending on your location.
Please note that Australia Post delivery times may vary, especially during peak seasons such as Christmas.
📩 Order Confirmation & Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
⚠️ Possible Delays
While we do everything we can to ensure fast dispatch, once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.
We cannot reroute or speed up parcels after they have been dispatched.
To avoid disappointment during busy seasons, we recommend ordering early.
📦 Unclaimed Parcels
If your parcel is returned to us because it couldn’t be delivered (e.g., incorrect address, uncollected from the Post Office), we can re-ship it at your cost.
Please note: because our products are perishable, we cannot provide refunds for unclaimed parcels.
❌ Refunds & Returns on Shipped Items
As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds once your order has been milled, baked, or shipped. If there is an issue with your order on arrival, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll do our best to help.
