A wholesome brioche-style hot cross bun, made with freshly milled flour and sourdough. As with all of our baked goods, we’ve used the best quality ingredients, so they not only taste incredible, but are actually nutritious!

We use organic milk, grass-fed butter, organic freshly milled wheat flour & white khorasan flour, organic whole wheat sourdough starter, natural sultanas (no preservatives or seed oils), locally sourced honey, free range eggs, hand mixed spices, a high quality instant yeast to help give these an extra rise, and a natural cherry jam for the glaze.

These are the most delicious enjoyed the day they are baked - and best toasted from day two. Store at room temperature for up to 3 days, or freeze in an airtight container. However, we’re pretty confident you won’t need to store these for more than a day 😉
