Our Sourdough Carrot Cake Mix takes the hard work out of baking while giving you the goodness of freshly milled spelt flour. Crafted with care and packed with nutrient-rich ingredients, this dry mix makes it easy to bake a cake (or muffins) that’s indulgent yet deeply nourishing.

This cake is a wholesome twist on a classic favourite. Naturally leavened with sourdough, and made using freshly milled spelt flour, organic carrots, and buttery pecans, it’s rich in flavour and full of goodness. It’s perfect topped with a cream cheese frosting, maple & cinnamon toasted pecans. This is a moist and wholesome cake, proof that indulgence and nutrition can go hand in hand. 

Makes 12 muffins or one 22cm round cake

Each pack makes:

  • 12 muffins, or
  • one 22cm round cake, or
  • a two-tier 6" cake.

Made with Freshly Milled Spelt Flour

This mix is made with whole spelt flour, which we mill fresh right before making your muffin mix, to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional value.
