With a touch of sourdough for lightness and flavour, and plenty of dark chocolate chunks for richness, these muffins (or cake) strikes the perfect balance: wholesome, satisfying, and never too sweet. It’s not your supermarket muffin mix — it’s real food, designed to fuel and delight.
