This starter pack is designed to help you establish and keep your sourdough starter alive and thriving. It includes: 1kg of freshly milled whole wheat flour, our dehydrated whole wheat sourdough starter, and my printed guide to sourdough and freshly milled flour.

Freshly milled flour is unlike anything you’ll find on supermarket shelves. Because the whole grain is ground just before it reaches you, the flour is alive with flavour, natural oils, and nutrients that are often lost in processed flour. Rich in fibre, B vitamins, vitamin E, and minerals like iron and magnesium, it not only makes your baking taste incredible but also nourishes your body with every bite.

Milling Timeframe

Your flour will be freshly milled within 2-3 business days of your order. We mill to order to ensure maximum freshness and nutritional value.

Storage Advice

Store your flour in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. For best quality, use within 3 months of milling. Refrigerate or freeze for longer storage up to 6-12 months.

Non-refundable Policy

Due to the fresh, custom-milled nature of our products, all flour sales are final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds on milled flour for food safety reasons.

Shipping

We ship Monday and Tuesdays to ensure your flour arrives fresh. Orders placed Wednesday-Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
